REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
07-08/49 LANEY COLLEGE ATHLETIC FIELDS—DESIGN BUILD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The PERALTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE District (“District”), is calling for sealed proposals from Proposers who qualified under the Request for Qualifications (RFQ 07-08/41), to submit proposals for this project. 1.
1. RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: District will receive sealed Proposals at District's Office of Physical Plant at 333 East 8th Street, Oakland, CA, on July 8, 2008. Proposals shall be due by 3:00 p.m., as determined by District’s time-stamp machine located therein.
All Proposal envelopes will be time-stamped to reflect their submittal time. District will reject all Proposals received after the specified time and will return such Proposals to Proposers unopened. Proposers must submit Proposals in accordance with this Document 00140. Only Proposers who pre-qualified pursuant to the process described in the document entitled Request for Qualifications (RFQ 07-08/41), Laney College Athletic Fields—Design Build Construction Project, dated May 15,2008, and any amendments, modifications or supplements thereto (the “Pre-Qualification Process”), are eligible to submit Proposals.

3. PROCUREMENT OF PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Proposers may examine Proposal Documents at District’s Office of Physical Plant, 333 East 8th Street, Oakland, CA 94606. Copies can be obtained upon request and are posted on the District’s web site. Proposal Documents need not be returned to District.
